The statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit, and loss account, etc. Prepare monthly sales and purchase, inventory, and cash flow statement To prepare Accounts statements (Monthly/Yearly Accounts B/S, P/L, T/B, etc) Convert the company’s manual accounting system into an automated one using ERP. Maintain the Petty Cash. Prepare payment by verifying documentation and preparing all the vouchers, Ledger reconciliations, and report to Management from time to time. Prepare daily expenditure summary sheet and cash denomination sheet Prepare Monthly salary & overtime sheet and check. Determine material cost, cost of goods sold, etc. analyzing variance between actual cost and budgeted cost and submitting periodic reports to line manager Liaison with head office accounts dept. Updating the Accounts on a regular basis. Maintenance of accounts in ERP Software. Other duties as assigned. |
