Job ResponsibilitiesThe candidate must be self-motivated & independently can run HR & Administrative activities of multiple companies at a time.
Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development, and change management.
Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth.
Execute, monitor, and manage HR & Admin-related work which includes official correspondence, Arrange interviews & other recruitment processes for new Employees hiring of all departments, arrange a necessary meeting with all departments for achieving the company’s goal.
Close liaison and coordination with the factory, Production, Sales, Service, and Accounts Department.
Must be able to utilize HRIS Software.
To handle the biometric system and to ensure that employees are punctual.
To develop proper job descriptions.
Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments as well another department as all other departments work must be ensured.
To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company’s human resources.
Have thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
Must have the ability to liaison with Government agencies/Institute/University (Like BIDA, IRC, Passport Office, BUET, DESCO, REB, DPDC, environment license, Local Police Station have the governing skills the deploy execute the departmental manpower as required and when the ability in own arrangement).
Perform day to day administrative works of the factory and implement the administrative policy of the company
Deal with factory laborers in terms of attendance, activities, recruitment, selection, employment, welfare grievances handling, investigations, and other labor-related activities as per labor law.
Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency.
To implement other administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.

Additional RequirementsMinimum 8 Years’ experience or more

Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills;
Acceptable leadership, motivation, and counseling skill;
Sound Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, What’s Apps, We Chat & email communication.

Minimum 8 years Managerial related experience in any reputed group of company.
Strong English communication ability both in speaking & writing is essential.

Must visit at least twice a week in a factory at Gazipur.
