Develop a plan for capacity building of relevant staff jointly with National TB Control Programme (NTP) Ensure COVID-19 related logistics and supplies are timely at field level Undertake regular visits to fields to support implementation, monitoring, and supervision to check the quality of data produced Guide field team for proper recording and reporting at healthcare facilities and timely reporting at the central level Ensure the data collection, cleaning, compilation, and production quality data related to COVID-19 response Ensure documentation and dissemination of the integrated COVID-19 response services with TB, HIV, and Malaria Collaboration with NTP, ASP, NMEP, LFA, WHO, donor, and other technical partners for recording and reporting Review different international recommendations (by WHO) and best practices to assist in the program designing as necessary Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
