Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc. Prepare and present reports to ensure the audit’s results and document processing. Act as an objective source of independent guidance to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations in credit. The sound capability of independent judgment. Assist to prepare & update the audit program. Drafting of audit/inspections/investigation reports, conducting the closing meetings, finalizing audit reports, rating, etc. |
| Additional Requirements | Minimum 07 (Seven) years’ working experience in Banks, with minimum 02 (Two) years experience in conducting audits in the Credit Portfolio of a bank specifically in Audit Division/Unit of ICCD. Having Specialization/Certification/training in Credit Function will be given preference. Smart, Team player, paired with an agile mindset and can-do attitude. Good communication skills in Bangla and English. Very good skills in MS Office |
