Job Responsibilities | To increase profitability by achieving set targets and budgets. Retain and grow share of existing customer base through superior customer services. Ensure completion of documentation formalities as approved by CRM and guided by Credit Admin. Identify the business risk and other environmental risks of the clients. Do the wallet-sizing exercise of clients to ensure that CBBL has the best business of the client (profitability and risk wise). Monitor past dues and adjust within the specific time allowed by the management. Ensure facility risk grades are accurate and are changed in a timely manner as soon as adverse information is known. To maximize earnings from each account in the unit by proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customers’ business and financial service needs. Take prompt actions that are in the best interest of customers under the guidelines and norms of banking. Follow up with customers to ensure the timely receipt of financial statements, loan payments, and all documentary requirements of the Bank. To capitalize on cross-sell opportunities of the bank products. |
Additional Requirements | Minimum 08 (Eight) years’ out of which 05 (Five) years’ experience in dealing with customers is a must. Working experience in Credit or Foreign Trade will be preferred. Strong customer base and relationship management skills. Smart, Team player, paired with an agile mindset and can-do attitude. Good communication skills in Bangla and English. Very good skills in MS Office Prospective candidates who have working experience in the mentioned area will be given preference. |
