Job Responsibilities

Assist Supervisor to prepare proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs).
Need to prepare and participation in EOI, RFP, RFQ and business presentation.
Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating printing.
Follow business relationships that are aligned with the strategy of the company to support & grow.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Follow relationship maps for key stakeholders, partners and existing & potential clients.
Plan customer visit and follow up on weekly basis.
Ensure up-to-date record keeping of relevant company documents.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
