Job ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the preparation of audit programs
Actively participating in the performance of audits
Developing audit reports and maintaining communications with various stakeholder groups
Follow up of audit issues for compliance with audit recommendation(s)
Assisting in the review and updating of IDLC policies and procedures
Assisting in the performance of AML/CFT compliance review procedures
Performing other compliance activities
Additional RequirementsExperience working in audit and/or operations functions of capital market intermediaries will be considered as an added advantage
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (including, but not limited to BSEC rules and regulations and other capital market-related laws and regulations)
Knowledge of brokerage, merchant banking, asset management, and custodial services businesses
Ability to analyze and assess the organization’s internal control system with a view to identifying and recommending areas of improvement
Having strong problem-solving, organizational, research, and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and English
Proficiency in computer applications (especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bangla typing)
Ability to work independently and also as a team member and deliver assigned tasks within deadline
