Job Responsibilities

Over all in-charge of quality assurance department.
Look after all the good quality raw material arrangement and confirm with the purchase order and IS code.
Involving all the activity of the project with team management and ensure to complete the work within time frame. (As production quality, Testing, Review the order, Making plan of production, Maintenance entire factory area.)
Direct & Control Q.C. lab & department & customer focus.
Development in process, product, Quality, System & customer needs.
Controlling cost through continuous R&D and trials.
Ensuring the result of inspection in accordance with project quality plan.
Quality and Inspection of incoming materials, from work inspection, coordination with client for inspection.
Preparing and planning the raw material structure as per the management instruction, budget and product demand.
Developing the formula to increase the quality of the product.
Reduction the rejection, breakage, green stage wastage and loss by taking care on during and after manufacturing.
Controlling, analyzing, and improving process parameters variation using statistical techniques for continuous improvements in product quality.
Co-ordination with marketing department, Government Bodies like pollution control board and other 3rd party inspection agencies.
Preparation of monthly management report and data analysis as per the higher management requirement.
Complete testing of all incoming raw materials like cement, lime, sand, gypsum, coal, etc.
Preparing and dispatch planning as per marketing department requirement.
Preparing and monitoring the product loss/net loss day to day basis and preparing the action plan.
Identifying improvement and cost reduction schemes and implementation.
Other duties as assigned.
