The wing manager will have the potential to shape the Islamic Finance wing`s trajectory, helping to reduce costs, maximize company efficiencies, and increase revenue. |
| Job Responsibilities | Be responsible for leading the Islamic Finance Window, assuring its full integration with other activities of the organization. Liaison with Shariah Supervisory Committee and Divisions and Offices of the company to implement Islamic finance wing smoothly. Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with Islamic banks, Commercial banks, NBFIs, as well as all relevant domestic organizations, in order to meet more effectively the needs of the financial sector in terms of Islamic Finance training. Develop strategy and work plan for the Islamic finance wing in consultation with stakeholders. Be able to promote and market the Islamic Finance program to all the stakeholders. Oversee and finalize the development of courses and curriculum relevant to the Islamic Banking & Finance sector in close communication with stakeholders. Prepare reports for presentation to the top management and Board of Directors of the organization. |
