Category B – Credit Risk Management: Credit Operation, Credit, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Analysis, Credit Risk Management. Apprising Credit proposal with justification based on analysis of Financial Statements, ICRRS, performance, and overall business position. Timely sanctioning and also ensuring perfection of security. Compliance with terms and conditions as per the sanction letters. Identifying the status of Loan position through regular monitoring. Handling customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction as well as proper implementation of Bank’s/regulatory policies/guidelines/terms and conditions. Category C – General Banking: Managing Clients’ Accounts, Dispute Handling, Sound Customer Service, Compliance of Laws and Regulations Provide professional services for a wide range of General Banking related products to address customers’ different services and financial needs Handling customer complaints properly and performing necessary investigation Ensure daily reports are done accurately and on a timely basis Monitor high risk-based customers periodically Achieve set targets in terms of procurement of deposit and selling cards Help to create a working environment where customers can get the best attention and service. |
