Job ResponsibilitiesAssist Factory HR Head along with other Department Heads to set target/KPI, develop measures, follow up & administer the systems to shape the performance of individual/group;
Prepare annual merit/special merit increase in close coordination with Factory HR Manager and factory operations team as well;
Closely monitor & manage the monthly Performance Management Process through month-end data collection, providing reminders, data processing, performance reporting & staff communication;
Assist OD Manager in defining performance standards and formulate policy at factory operations level;
Deal with employee promotion cases at an appropriate time within the approved organization structure in coordination with the factory HR Manager.

Additional RequirementsAge at least 30 years
Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Should be self-driven, result-oriented, hard-working.
Strong analytical ability.
