| Job Responsibilities | Update bin card and stock register for every transaction in a manual and automated system. Prepare goods receiving memo (GRM), store return memo (SRM), store issue requisition (SIR), gate pass, and delivery challan for incoming and outgoing materials. Arrange finished goods in the loading area for every truck and check quantity and quality for each and every carton before loading. Monitor unloading activities and confirm quantity and preserving location. Prepare VAT challan for every consignment and transfer electronic challan to concerned area offices instantly. Collect outsourced transactions data from different warehouses or distribution points and update the inventory system on daily basis. Check and verify physical inventory and prepare different types of inventory reports as per requirement. Maintain liaison with different toll or contract manufacturing units for timely distribution. Ensure good storage practice following standard operating procedures as well as guidelines of good manufacturing practice (GMP) and international organization for standardization (ISO). Any other assignment as per the requirement of the authority. |
