Allocate delinquent portfolio among the team members of the respective area. Monitor & guide the in-house team in order to achieve the set target. Agency Management: Monitor & guide external collection agents in order to achieve the set targets.
Ensure professional call quality by call monitoring, arranging sharing sessions. • Conduct meetings with delinquent customers to settle the overdue and resolve their critical issues. Arrange a physical visit to the delinquent customer and attend with the team during the visit. Provide collection feedback to the credit underwriting team in order to manage credit risk to ensure high-quality assets.
Month-wise strategy planning based on portfolio and other associated factors. • Develop and Introduces innovative collection policies & processes to improve the quality of the portfolio & collection team. Ensure collection initiatives & strategies as per respective bucket’s action plan & policy.
Interact & communicate with Bangladesh Bank to provide replies against their various queries regarding the bank customers. Maintain a strong working relationship with another cross-functional department.
