| Job Responsibilities | Under the overall guidance of the Country Representative and the Programme Coordinator of IUCN Bangladesh, and under the direct supervision of the Senior Programme Officer (Red list and IAS of Plants Coordinator), the Programme Assistant (IAS) will undertake the following specific responsibilities: Assist in successfully implementing all project activities under the Invasive and Alien Species section of the project in accordance with the project agreement between the donor and following instruction of the project manager; Organize, conduct training meetings, workshops and fieldwork as per project plan Support the project manager, team, and consultants in writing the IAS of plants Management Strategy, reports and articles regarding Invasive and Alien species of plants; Assist in collecting and analyzing data for the proper implementation of all project activities; Assist to ensure that all project reports and all other committed deliverables are produced, submitted, and accepted by the donor in a timely manner as per the Agreement; Undertake any other tasks that may be assigned by the Country Representative, the Programme Coordinator of IUCN Bangladesh, and the project manager, from time to time. |
