Salary Range
Selected Probationary Officer shall remain on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a consolidated salary of Tk. 55,000/- per month. During the probation period, Probationary Officers will have to go through rigorous on-the-job and classroom training programs. On satisfactory completion of the probation period, Probationary Officer will be confirmed as Senior Officer on the regular scale of the Bank of Tk. 65,000/- per month with other admissible benefits
