Job Responsibilities Ensure account management of various projects along with maintaining communication with different national and international NGOs.
Assisting with and reporting to CD with all relevant accounting management responsibilities.
Ensure the preparation / process of daily / monthly payments to the staff members / vendors and bills accurately and on time submission.
Review / approved bills / vouchers in accordance with relevant documents.
Record keeping of financial bill / voucher hard copies and make them available for internal and external audit.
S/he will maintain proper submission of bill / voucher in organization’s customized made accounting software.
Ability to work with AKF customized Data Management Software, Data input and Data consolidation.
Prepare monthly and yearly fund plan, cash forecasting and manage all accounts payable and receivable.
Manage all cash and bank transactions and bank reconciliation.
Ensure internal and external audit on time.
Regular maintain and updated documentation for best accounts practices.
Ensure government compliance on VAT and TAX.
Provide analysis of major expense items requested.
Ensure procurement to the approved budget.
Ensure proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
Ensure proper scrutiny of its accounts and that ample documentation for expenditures and grants.
Additional Requirements Age at least 25 years
Previous experience in working for donor organization will be preferable.
